Scope of application

Varieties available for production: Traditional Chinese Medicine Pills (Da Mi Wan), Black Sesame Balls, Chocolate Ball, Date Ball, Sweet Potato Ball, Mango Ball, Pet Bag, Cat Mint Ball etc.

Features

1.The contact part between the conveyor and the materialis made of stainless steel,and its speedis stepless speed regulation to ensure the strip production speed of various specifications;

2.The rolling speed is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation (suitable for multiple materials) ;

3.Photoelectric sensor is used to control the cutting length to ensure consistentlength of the drugstrip and constant quantity of each product ;

4.The two ends of the drug head are separated from the irished product,liminating the need to select the drug head from the finished product ;

5.Using a cylinder to control the pushing and cutting of strips;

6.The electrical system adopts PLC control (Siemens);

7.Edible oil or alcohol can be rinsed during production.Prevent honey balls from sticking to the mold.
