Gspring's fried peanut production line is a fully automated system for producing crispy, evenly fried peanuts — including plain fried, spicy, and salted varieties. The line covers every step from raw peanut soaking and peeling through frying, de-oiling, seasoning, cooling, and final packaging, with minimal manual intervention and consistently high output quality.

Technological process：

Fried peanuts:Soaking→peeling→picking/color sorting →drying→ frying - de-oiling -flavoring- cooling- packing

Spicy peanuts:Soaking→peeling→picking /color sorting→ flavoring-pickling - drying/dewatering →frying →de-oiling→flavoring → cooling - packing
